Purchasing a Playbook

5.1 Purchase Process

To purchase a playbook, you select the product on aivelli.com and provide your email address. You are then redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout page to complete payment. The contract between you and Aivelli is formed at the moment Stripe confirms successful payment to us.

5.2 Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed on the product page prior to purchase. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on your location, as determined by Stripe Tax at the time of checkout. Aivelli uses Stripe Tax to calculate and collect applicable VAT and sales taxes globally. The final amount including applicable taxes will be shown to you on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm payment.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. through their secure platform. Aivelli does not collect, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial credentials at any time. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.4 Purchase Confirmation

Following successful payment, you will receive two emails: a purchase confirmation from Stripe and an account setup email from Aivelli containing a secure link to create your account password and access your content. Please check your spam folder if these do not arrive within 15 minutes. If you experience issues, contact le***@*****li.com.

06

Your Account

When you purchase a product, an account is created for you on aivelli.com using the email address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at le***@*****li.com if you suspect unauthorised access

Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party. Each purchase grants access to one individual user. If you require multi-user or team access, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are involved in any abuse of our systems.

07

Product Access and Licence

7.1 Access

Upon successful account setup, you will have access to your purchased content through your Aivelli account. Access is provided on an ongoing basis for as long as Aivelli continues to operate the platform. While we have no current plans to discontinue access, Aivelli cannot guarantee indefinite availability and is not liable for any losses arising from service discontinuation, subject to reasonable prior notice.

7.2 Licence Granted

Upon purchase, Aivelli grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the purchased content for your own professional and personal purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content to third parties
  • Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the content
  • Share your account login or content access with others
  • Use the content to create competing products or services
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or proprietary markings
Downloading files: Where downloadable files are provided as part of a playbook, you may download them for personal use on your own devices, provided downloaded files are not shared, distributed, or used beyond the scope of this personal licence.

7.3 Technical Access

Access to digital content requires a compatible device, internet connection, and up-to-date web browser. Aivelli is not responsible for access issues arising from your device, internet connection, or third-party software. Downloaded files are provided in their current format. Aivelli does not guarantee compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or software applications, and is not responsible for issues arising from how downloaded files are opened or used on your device.

08

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once you have accessed or downloaded your content.

We will only consider a refund request in the following limited circumstances:

  • A technical fault on Aivelli’s side prevented you from accessing the product within 48 hours of purchase, and we were unable to resolve the issue
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error (genuine duplicate transactions only — multiple intentional orders are not eligible)
  • Your payment was fraudulent or unauthorised (i.e. your payment method was used without your knowledge)

To request a refund under one of the above circumstances, contact le***@*****li.com within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. EU consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Directive where applicable law mandates them, notwithstanding this policy.

16

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

However, if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as an EU consumer under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or other applicable EU consumer law.

For consumers outside the EU, applicable local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply. This governing law clause does not deprive you of protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your country.

17

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at le***@*****li.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes directly and amicably within 14 business days.

EU consumers also have the right to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes with online traders: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For Dutch consumers, disputes may also be submitted to De Geschillencommissie (the Dutch Disputes Committee) where applicable.
18

Force Majeure

Aivelli shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages (including hosting or payment processor downtime).

19

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aivelli with respect to your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
